ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") sets out the rules of conduct for using the 2GS Trading platform at www.2gs-trading.com, including the dashboard, Project G mentorship, live streams, and any associated community spaces such as Discord (collectively, the "Platform"). It forms part of our Terms of Service.

By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to comply with this AUP. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.

1. Scope

This policy applies to all use of the Platform, including the website, your dashboard account, the Project G mentorship programme, live stream sessions and their chat, the Trading Journal, and any official 2GS Trading community channels (such as Discord), whether you are a free user, a Project G member, or a guest.

2. Prohibited Conduct

When using the Platform, you must not:

  • harass, threaten, abuse, demean, or discriminate against any other user, mentor, or member of the 2GS Trading team;
  • post spam, unsolicited advertising, or promotional content not authorised by 2GS Trading;
  • engage in or promote any unlawful activity, including fraud, money laundering, or market manipulation;
  • record, copy, redistribute, resell, or share Project G content — including live sessions, recordings, daily outlooks, and written materials — outside the programme without our express written consent (see also our Terms of Service on intellectual property);
  • scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access the Platform, or attempt to circumvent any access controls, rate limits, or eligibility requirements;
  • reverse-engineer, redistribute, or share the Gold Sentinel EA, NAS Striker EA, or IRON2000 indicator other than as permitted by our End User License Agreement;
  • impersonate any person or entity, including 2GS Trading staff, mentors, or other members;
  • share your account, login credentials, or Project G access with anyone else;
  • hold yourself out as a licensed financial adviser, or post unsolicited personalised financial advice or trade signals to other users — see our Disclaimer regarding FSCA/FAIS compliance; or
  • coordinate pump-and-dump schemes, manipulate markets, or encourage others to do so.

3. Content Standards

Any content you post or share on the Platform — including messages, comments, and uploaded material — must be lawful, accurate to the best of your knowledge, and respectful of others. We reserve the right to remove any content that we reasonably believe violates this AUP or applicable law, without notice.

4. Enforcement

If we reasonably believe you have violated this AUP, we may take action proportionate to the severity and frequency of the violation, including:

  • issuing a warning;
  • removing the offending content;
  • temporarily suspending your access to the Platform, Project G, community channels, or Tools; or
  • permanently terminating your account and access, in line with our Terms of Service.

Termination for a violation of this AUP does not entitle you to a refund of any fees already paid, and does not affect your obligations that survive termination (including those relating to confidentiality, intellectual property, and indemnification under our Terms of Service). 5. Reporting Violations

If you witness conduct on the Platform that you believe violates this AUP, please report it to us at support@2gs-trading.com with as much detail as possible (e.g. usernames, dates, screenshots). We review all reports and will take action where appropriate, though we cannot guarantee a specific outcome or response time for any individual report.

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update this AUP from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Platform after a change constitutes your acceptance of the updated AUP.
