2GS Trading is NOT a registered Financial Services Provider (FSP) under the Financial Advisory and Intermediary Services Act, 37 of 2002 ("FAIS Act") of South Africa. We are not licensed by the Financial Sector Conduct Authority ("FSCA") to provide financial advice or render any intermediary services as defined in the FAIS Act.

Nothing on this Platform constitutes financial advice. No content, analysis, market outlook, tool, indicator, Expert Advisor, live stream, course material, or communication from 2GS Trading should be construed as a personalised financial recommendation, solicitation, or advice to buy, sell, or hold any financial instrument or investment product.

2GS Trading operates as an Introducing Broker (IB) for XM (Trading Point of Financial Instruments Ltd) under the partner code "2GSGOLD". This means:

  • 2GS Trading earns referral commissions (rebates) from XM based on the trading volume of users referred through our partner code. This creates a financial incentive for us to encourage you to register with XM and trade actively. You should be aware of this conflict of interest when evaluating our recommendations.
  • XM is independently regulated by multiple financial authorities. 2GS Trading makes no representations regarding XM's financial soundness, regulatory compliance, or suitability for your needs.
  • 2GS Trading does not hold, manage, or have access to your trading funds. All client funds are held directly with XM.
  • Cashback reward estimates shown on the Platform are illustrative and subject to XM's partner program terms, which may change without notice.

5. Expert Advisor (EA) & Trading Bot Disclaimer

The Gold Sentinel EA and NAS Striker EA are automated trading systems (Expert Advisors) provided by 2GS Trading. By using any EA, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

  • Backtest results are historical. Statistics such as win rates, profit factors, and drawdown figures cited on this Platform (e.g., Gold Sentinel EA: ~76% win rate, 1.87 profit factor) are derived from backtesting on historical market data. These results do not guarantee or predict future performance in live market conditions.
  • Automated trading systems may malfunction, encounter data feed errors, experience connectivity interruptions, or behave unexpectedly during periods of high volatility, low liquidity, or unusual market conditions.
  • Execution quality, slippage, and spread conditions in live trading differ from backtesting environments and may significantly affect EA performance.
  • You bear full responsibility for configuring appropriate lot sizes, risk parameters, and stop-loss levels. 2GS Trading does not monitor or adjust your EA settings.
  • 2GS Trading is not liable for any trading losses arising from your use of any EA provided through the Platform.

6. IRON2000 Indicator Disclaimer

The IRON2000 TradingView indicator is a technical analysis tool that plots market structure levels, momentum signals, and potential trade zones on price charts. The indicator is provided for informational purposes only. Signals generated by the IRON2000 indicator are not trading recommendations and should not be interpreted as advice to buy or sell any financial instrument. You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions. Technical analysis tools do not guarantee profitable outcomes.

7. Mentorship & Educational Content Disclaimer

  • Project G mentorship and all educational content provided by 2GS Trading (including live sessions, recorded videos, daily outlooks, and written materials) constitutes general trading education only. It does not constitute personalised financial advice tailored to your individual circumstances.
  • Trading strategies and methods discussed during mentorship may not be suitable for every individual, account size, or market environment.
  • Results from mentorship vary significantly between individuals. No specific outcome, profit target, or success rate is guaranteed.
  • References to mentors' personal trading results (e.g., "R1M+ biggest payout", "R474K biggest payout") represent individual outcomes achieved under specific market conditions and should not be considered typical or expected results for programme participants.

2GS Trading makes no warranty that the Platform, any tool, or any service will be continuously available, error-free, or uninterrupted. Access to tools such as the IRON2000 indicator and Gold Sentinel EA is subject to eligibility requirements and may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 2GS Trading shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of, or reliance on, any content, tool, or service provided through the Platform.
