END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you and 2GS Trading governing your use of the Gold Sentinel EA, NAS Striker EA, and the IRON2000 TradingView indicator (collectively, the "Software"). It forms part of, and should be read together with, our Terms of Service.

By downloading, installing, activating, or using the Software, you agree to be bound by this EULA. If you do not agree, you must not use the Software.

1. Definitions

  • "Software" / "Tools": The Gold Sentinel EA and NAS Striker EA (Expert Advisors for MetaTrader 4/5), and the IRON2000 Pine Script indicator for TradingView, including any updates we provide.
  • "Licensor" / "we" / "us": 2GS Trading.
  • "Licensee" / "you": The individual granted access to the Software under this EULA.
  • "XM Partner Code": Our Introducing Broker partner code ("2GSGOLD"), under which Software access is provided to eligible users with linked, qualifying XM trading accounts.

2. Licence Grant

Subject to your compliance with this EULA and our Terms of Service, 2GS Trading grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to install and use the Software, solely:

  • for your own personal trading on your own trading account(s);
  • for as long as you remain an eligible user — for the EAs and IRON2000, this generally means maintaining a linked, active XM trading account under our partner code "2GSGOLD" that meets the applicable trading-volume requirements; and
  • on the platform(s) the Software is designed for (MetaTrader 4/5 for the EAs, TradingView for IRON2000).

No other rights are granted, whether by implication, estoppel, or otherwise. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by 2GS Trading.

3. Restrictions

You must not, and must not permit anyone else to:

  • copy, sell, resell, rent, lease, lend, sublicense, redistribute, or otherwise transfer the Software to any third party;
  • share your access credentials, indicator invitation, or copies of the Software with anyone else;
  • reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code or underlying logic of the Software, except to the extent expressly permitted by law;
  • modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on the Software;
  • remove, obscure, or alter any proprietary notices, labels, or branding on or within the Software; or
  • use the Software for any purpose other than your own personal trading.

4. Ownership & Intellectual Property

The Software — including its source code, logic, design, branding, and all associated documentation — is and remains the exclusive intellectual property of 2GS Trading. This EULA grants you a licence to use the Software; it does not transfer any ownership rights to you. All rights, titles, and interests in and to the Software remain with 2GS Trading.

5. "As Is" — No Performance Warranty

The Software is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement.

Backtest statistics, win rates, profit factors, and similar figures referenced in connection with the Software (for example, for the Gold Sentinel EA) are derived from historical data and do not guarantee or predict future results in live market conditions. 6. Your Responsibility & Limitation of Liability

  • You are solely responsible for installing, configuring, and operating the Software, including setting appropriate lot sizes, risk parameters, and stop-loss levels.
  • 2GS Trading does not monitor, manage, or adjust your use of the Software, your broker connection, or your trading account.
  • To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 2GS Trading shall not be liable for any trading losses, missed opportunities, technical malfunctions, connectivity failures, data feed errors, or other damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Software. Full limitation-of-liability terms are set out in our Terms of Service.

7. Updates

We may, at our discretion, provide updates, improvements, or modified versions of the Software from time to time. We are not obligated to provide any updates, and any updates we do provide are governed by this EULA unless accompanied by separate terms.

8. Term & Termination

  • This EULA remains in effect until terminated by you or by us.
  • Your licence is automatically revoked if you unlink your XM trading account, fall below the required trading-volume threshold for your tier, breach this EULA or our Terms of Service, or close your 2GS Trading account.
  • Upon termination, your right to use the Software ends immediately. You must stop using the Software, remove it from any platform or device, and delete all copies in your possession.

9. Governing Law

This EULA is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa, and any disputes arising from it are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Africa — consistent with our Terms of Service.

10. Changes to This EULA

We may update this EULA from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Software after a change constitutes your acceptance of the updated EULA.
