TERMS OF SERVICE

1. Definitions

• "2GS Trading" / "we" / "us": The business operating the Platform, founded by Chris and Keegan.
• "Services": All products and services offered through the Platform, including but not limited to mentorship (Project G), Expert Advisors (Gold Sentinel EA, NAS Striker EA), the IRON2000 TradingView indicator, the Trading Journal, free seminars, and XM partner rebates.
• "User" / "you": Any individual who accesses or uses the Platform.
• "EA" / "Expert Advisor": Automated trading software (bot) designed to operate on the MetaTrader 4 or MetaTrader 5 platform.
• "XM": Trading Point of Financial Instruments Ltd, an independently regulated forex and CFD broker.
• "Whop": The third-party platform used to process Project G mentorship subscriptions.

2. Eligibility

By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Platform and any trading activities comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.
• Forex and CFD trading may be restricted or prohibited in certain jurisdictions. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing our Platform or trading forex/CFDs is legal in your country.

3. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete information when registering an account. You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activities that occur under your account.
• You may only register one account. Duplicate accounts may be suspended.
• You must notify us immediately at support@2gs-trading.com if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion if we believe you have violated these Terms.

4. XM Introducing Broker Relationship

2GS Trading operates as an authorised Introducing Broker (IB) for XM, under the partner code "2GSGOLD". By registering an XM trading account through our partner code, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• 2GS Trading does not hold, manage, control, or have access to your trading funds. All funds are held directly with XM.
• Your trading account is governed by XM's own terms and conditions, client agreement, and any applicable regulatory requirements. You should review XM's documentation before opening an account.
• 2GS Trading earns referral commissions (rebates) from XM based on your trading volume. This creates a financial incentive for 2GS Trading to refer you to XM. Full details are disclosed in our Disclaimer.
• Cashback rewards offered through the G-Rewards tier system are calculated based on XM's partner program terms and are subject to change by XM at any time. Reward estimates shown on the Platform are illustrative and not guaranteed.
• XM is independently regulated. 2GS Trading makes no representations or warranties regarding XM's services, execution quality, or regulatory status.

5. Project G Mentorship

• Project G is a paid trading mentorship program available at USD $50 per month, processed through the third-party platform Whop.
• All content provided through Project G — including live stream sessions, daily market outlooks, educational materials, and trade ideas — is for general educational purposes only and does not constitute personalised financial advice.
• Participation in Project G does not guarantee trading profitability. Individual results vary based on many factors including market conditions, personal discipline, and risk management.
• Subscription cancellations are subject to Whop's own cancellation and refund policies. 2GS Trading has no control over Whop's billing processes.
• All Project G content is proprietary to 2GS Trading. You may not copy, record, redistribute, resell, or share any content outside of the programme without our express written consent.

6. Trading Tools — Expert Advisors & Indicator

The Gold Sentinel EA, NAS Striker EA, and IRON2000 TradingView indicator (collectively, "Tools") are provided to eligible users. By using the Tools, you acknowledge and agree that:

• The Tools are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
• Past backtest or historical performance of any EA or indicator does not guarantee future results. Backtest results are based on historical data and may not reflect live trading conditions.
• Automated trading involves significant risk. EAs can malfunction, experience connectivity issues, or produce unexpected results in live market conditions.
• You are solely responsible for configuring appropriate lot sizes, risk parameters, and stop-loss settings. 2GS Trading does not configure or monitor your EA settings.
• 2GS Trading is not liable for any trading losses arising from your use of the Tools, regardless of cause, including but not limited to EA malfunction, broker execution issues, connectivity failures, or adverse market conditions.
• The Tools are licensed for your personal use only. You may not redistribute, resell, reverse-engineer, or share the Tools with any third party.
• Access to Tools may be revoked if you unlink your XM account, fall below the required trading volume threshold, or violate these Terms.

7. Trading Journal

• The Trading Journal is a personal trade logging and performance tracking tool provided as part of the Platform.
• You are solely responsible for the accuracy and completeness of data entered into the Journal.
• 2GS Trading is not liable for any loss of Journal data due to technical failures, data corruption, or account termination.

8. VaultFunder Affiliate Relationship

2GS Trading is an affiliate partner of VaultFunder, a proprietary trading firm. When you click through to VaultFunder's platform via our affiliate links, 2GS Trading may earn a referral commission. 2GS Trading is not responsible for VaultFunder's services, challenge terms, evaluation criteria, funding decisions, or payouts. You should review VaultFunder's own terms and conditions before participating in any funded trading challenge.

9. Seminars

• Free seminars are educational events open to registered participants. They are provided for informational and educational purposes only and do not constitute financial advice.
• Registration data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
• We reserve the right to cancel, reschedule, or modify any seminar at any time without liability.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, course materials, Expert Advisors, Pine Script indicators, software, videos, and live stream recordings — is the intellectual property of 2GS Trading and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without our prior written consent.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform and all Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 2GS Trading, its founders, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for:

• Any trading losses or financial losses arising from your use of our Services
• EA or indicator performance in live trading conditions
• Adverse market movements or volatility
• Errors, interruptions, or outages of the Platform or third-party services
• Decisions made based on content, analysis, or tools provided on the Platform
• Any acts or omissions of XM, Whop, VaultFunder, or any other third party

In no event shall our total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or related to these Terms exceed the total fees (if any) paid by you to 2GS Trading in the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless 2GS Trading and its founders, employees, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the Platform or Services; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your trading activities; or (d) your violation of any applicable law or regulation.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Africa.

15. Termination

• 2GS Trading may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in conduct that is harmful to other users, third parties, or 2GS Trading.
• You may close your account at any time by contacting us at support@2gs-trading.com.
• Upon termination, your licence to use any Tools is immediately revoked and you must cease all use of EAs and indicators provided by 2GS Trading.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable.

17. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via email. Your continued use of the Platform after any change constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
